1.3 Automatic Renewals
All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel automatic renewal at any time by accessing your account settings or contacting our customer service. No refunds will be provided for subscription renewals that have already been processed.
2. Digital Products and Downloads
2.1 E-Books, Guides, and Other Downloadable Content
Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds for digital downloads once the content has been downloaded or accessed. However, we consider the following exceptions:
- If you are unable to download or access the content due to technical issues on our end, we will either resolve the issue or provide a full refund.
- If the product description significantly misrepresented the actual content, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
2.2 Request Process for Digital Products
To request a refund for a digital product:
- Contact our customer service within 7 days of purchase.
- Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.

3. Online Courses and Workshops
3.1 Refund Eligibility
For online courses and workshops, the following refund policy applies:
- Full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase and less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
- 50% refund if requested within 14 days of purchase and less than 40% of the course content has been accessed.
- No refunds after 14 days from purchase or if more than 40% of the course content has been accessed.
3.2 Special Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances (such as medical emergencies or technical issues), we may consider refund requests outside the standard policy. Documentation may be required to support such requests.

Instead of a refund, you may choose to transfer your registration to another person or to a future event, subject to availability.

If we cancel an event or webinar for any reason, you will receive either:
- A full refund, or
- Credit toward a future event of your choice (which may include additional value as compensation for the inconvenience)
5. Promotional Offers and Discounts
Products or services purchased with promotional offers, discount codes, or as part of a bundle may have different refund terms. Specifically:
- Refunds for discounted items may be based on the actual amount paid rather than the original price.
- If a discounted item is part of a bundle, returning that item may affect the pricing of the remaining items in the bundle.
- Some promotional offers may be marked as "final sale" with no refund options.
6. Payment Processing and Currency
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note:
- Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- For international transactions, currency exchange rates may result in slight differences between the charged amount and the refunded amount.
- Any transaction fees charged by payment processors or banks during the original purchase are non-refundable.
